Qualifying criteria
- Clients must be over the age of 18 and either reside in or originate from South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia or the Channel Islands.
Channel Islands residents
- Channel Islands residents must have a minimum net asset value of £250,000.
Namibia, Botswana and Zambia residents
- Clients residing in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia must have a qualifying retail banking relationship.
Other jurisdictions
- Clients who originate from the above countries but currently reside outside them must have a qualifying retail or investment banking relationship with FirstRand at the time of application. This excludes individuals who solely hold a Non-Resident bank account with FirstRand and are not from South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia or the Channel Islands. These individuals cannot be added as joint account holders on eligible clients' accounts.
