Code of Practice for Banks
Managing our relationship with you
The Code of Practice for Banks (the Code) sets out sound principles of practice for banks. These principles are a guide for banks when conducting banking activities, as well as for the relationship between the banks and the regulators.
The Code provides valuable safeguards for customers and helps individuals understand how banks are expected to deal with them. Copies of the Code are available from the member banks and from the GFSC.
